'Try Before You Buy'

Our Goods on Approval service allows therapists and parents the opportunity to order our self-assessment products to confirm the suitability for the prospective occupant.

This is a complimentary service with no obligation to buy, so if the product is not suitable, as long as you let us know within 4 weeks, we will happily accept it back in its original condition and can also arrange for its collection and return to our premises.

Delivery

VIDA offer free delivery to mainland UK and Ireland, with 98% of all orders arriving on time. We aim to deliver the majority of orders for configured products within 4 weeks of receipt of request, however most commonly requested parts are normally delivered within 1 week.

Eventually every medical device reaches the end of its lifespan. At VIDA we want to assist you in making sure that such devices are dealt with in a way which safely puts the device beyond use, as well as causing minimal impact to the environment.
